| Contradictions/Indecision: A Treatise to Dispel Myths About the Creative Act Performance: "Teeter Totter"
A box in the center of each of two teeter-totters was filled with crushed rock, creating a slow, loud, rhythmic grinding sound when rocked. Dutch and American performers sat opposite each other, a symbol of the spirit of cooperation between the two nationalities -- host and guest -- during the San Francisco Festival. |
